The Howard Mansion & Museum will be free and open to the
public
Mrs. Edmonds Howard (Laura), portrayed by Mandy Dick, will be on hand to meet and greet visitors. Edmonds & Laura Howard built the Victorian Howard Residence. An added feature this year will be a book signing by Capt. Charlie Lehman with his just-off-the-press book, A Riverman's Lexicon (In Lehman's Terms), a MUST for every professional river person, river enthusiast, steamboat buff and buffette.
